Andrew, of course went missing in September 2007. The band toured again in 2009 and kindly allowed us, with a number of volunteers to leaflet the gigs at Sheffield Arena and the London 02. We have always been grateful to Muse for the opportunity to do that.
This year, on 12th July, just two days after Andrew's 25th birthday, the Muse Drones tour is being screened across international cinema chains. The charity Missing People were able to contact the management of the band and an appeal for Andrew, before the concert is screened, has been shared with UK cinemas. It is however down to the cinemas to show it, and we certainly
hope they do.
Of all of the bands I think Andrew would have continued to follow, Muse is the one I think most likely. We are so grateful for another opportunity to appeal for information on Andrew that I cannot find the words to adequately express it. It seemed like such a big thing to ask that I didn't honestly expect a positive response. So our deepest thanks to the band and management.
I hope too that the Missing People helpline number on screen may help someone in the audience in some way; or that perhaps this form of appeal may be used again in future to help a family.

And Andrew's favourite tracks? Plug In Baby, Butterflies & Hurricanes, Supermassive Black Hole, Feelin Good. I hope he has new favourites from the albums released since we last saw him over a decade ago.
