The last photo in the album...

10/7/2018

In Andrew's old room, there are shelves full of photo albums, a place for fond family memories.  But they are incomplete, missing over a decade of pictures of Andrew.  The last photo we have of our son is this one, taken on a CCTV camera at Kings Cross station in London.

Here is a photo of a replica t-shirt, the same one Andrew was wearing the day he went missing. It was kindly sent to me by Paul after a social media appeal. Thanks Paul,  very much appreciated. Stir any memories anyone?

Is this really the last picture ever taken of Andrew?

Does no-one know where he went or why?

Is it possible that he could be alive and well but simply unrecognised?

He could perhaps still be recognised by his unusually shaped right ear:

PictureThese are new age-progressed images of Andrew which we are very grateful for. They are just how we imagine him. Please God they help us in our search to find him.

If alive, he will be 25.  He is unlikely to be tall.  He will need strong prescription glasses or contact lenses.  He always spoke rather quickly and quietly.  He was deaf in his left ear, which could make it difficult for him to locate the direction of sounds.  And while his appearance may have altered in many ways, perhaps these clues could re-unite our family?

We have a message for Andrew:

Andrew: if you should see this, please know that we have never given up searching for you.  We understand that you may find it hard to re-establish contact.  We would love to know you are alive and well.  Please call Missing People in confidence and include a memory which we share to confirm your identity.  We have always loved you and cared about you.  We will always be here for you.

We do not want the last photo in the album to be this dated still from a CCTV camera, that thought is unbearable for the entire family.
If anyone reading this thinks they know where Andrew is, Missing People can be contacted 24/7 on 116000 in complete confidence.  If you have concrete information that could lead us to him, please call.

Thank you.
